- $255 per night - high season (Dec, Jan Feb, Mar, Apr, Jun, Jul & Aug)
- $235 per night - low season (May, Sept, Oct & Nov)

Policies
- 3 day deposit to hold reservation
- Balance must be paid 60 days before arrival
- If you need to cancel, you need to give 60 days written notice
prior to arrival for full refund (minus $100 transaction fee) , otherwise the deposit will be forfeited.
- No Smoking, No Pets
- Children are welcome
- Cleaning - Daily
cleaning is not included but is available for an extra fee.
We do have a washer and dryer available for your use at no charge
in the condo.
- Check-in time is after 3:00 PM - Check-out time is prior to
11:00AM. Sorry but late check-outs are not permitted.

"Everything was perfect. The weather was great, the setting was outstanding, the staff were friendly and competent, the guests were friendly, the water was warm and the snorkeling in the deeper water was more interesting than many other beaches on Maui. It was a treat to walk to Black Rock and Whaler Village a few times. Your place was exceptionally nice and very roomy. From what we saw, your condo must be one of the nicest in the complex and you have kept it up well."

at Hale Kai (about 1/4 mile away)
