Rental Details - Driving Directions
If you are renting our condo, please print this out.
Rental Details:
Check-in time is after 3:00 PM - Check-out time is prior to 11:00AM.
Sorry but late check-outs are not permitted.
Please check-in at the front office upon arrival. Show them the Guest
Registration Form that we gave you and confirm your length of stay with
Papakea and request a parking permit. Leave the permit on your dashboard
so that your car will not be towed away.
Keys to the unit are available at the Front Desk. They must be returned
to the office upon your departure(a key deposit may be required by Papakea).
Check with Papakea regarding usage of their safe.
Intermediate/daily maid service during your stay is not included
or provided for, although you can request it from us for an addition
cost. Cleaning of the unit after your departure is included. This cleaning
service is not provided through Papakea.
Linens and bath towels are included. You may want to bring your own
beach towels.
You are welcome to use whatever is in the unit in any unlocked closet.
For security reasons NEVER leave the unit unlocked.
The unit's phone number is (808)669-4848(ext. 7726).
This will ring at the Papakea switchboard; they will then need to be
advised of the unit's extension number. To receive switchboard services
permitting calls outside the Papakea Resort, a credit card imprint or
cash deposit is required at the Front Desk. Long Distance service charges
are applicable to all users. Please read the information booklet provided
in the unit for other procedures and services.
Pools, whirlpool baths, sauna, tennis courts, putting greens, shuffle
board and barbeque pits are free. You can sign up in advance at the
front office.
If necessary, please run the dishwasher before leaving.

Driving directions from the airport:
The main airport (Kahului) is 20 miles away, about 45 minutes.
Follow the signs to Lahaina and Kaanapali
Stay on the highway and drive past Lahaina and about 1 mile past
Kaanapali take a left at Lower Honoapi'ilani. Proceed about 1/4 mile,
Papakea is on your left.

There are some non-stops directly from Los Angeles and San Francisco
to Kahului.
You might ask how much extra it costs to fly into Kapalua/West Maui.
It is only 5 minutes from the condo, but then you will need to fly thru
Honolulu.
