What to do in Maui
Our Favorite Restaurants
Kapalua Plantation Clubhouse
Restaurant - incredible food and outrageous views of all of Kapalua.
No waiting in lines because it is a little bit out of town and up the
hill. You can have an excellent breakfast for $8, but don't wear a t-shirt,
you will feel under-dressed. We ate breakfast here 4/5 mornings last
time we went. Dinners are in the $20-$30 range. Click here
for map.
Hula Grill - Great food, on the beach in Kaanapali in front of Whalers
Village, save money and eat on sand. Their fish and chips are great.
Located in Kaanapali in between Whaler Village Shopping mall and the
beach, in between the Westin and the Whaler.
Cheeseburgers in Paradise 811 Front Street, Lahaina - awesome burgers
Aloha
Mixed Plate 1285 Front Street, Lahaina - eat like the locals do,
try a plate lunch. The kalbi ribs are amazing.
The Gazebo - a great breakfast and lunch spot on the beach between Kapalua and Kaanapali. Park at the Napaili Shores (5315 Lower Honoapiilani Rd) and walk to the beach. It is small and many times you have to wait to get in. But their pancakes and omlettes are great.
Kimo's - another one of our favorites in Lahaina. They have the largest
prime rib I have ever seen - 845 Front Street, Lahaina
Lahaina Fish Company - a lot like Kimo's and right next door.
Ruth Chris 900 Front Street, Lahaina - like meat, got $, go here
